 The Festival of the Arts is a community celebration of the visual, performing and culinary arts, bringing a variety of talented artists together in downtown OKC’s Bicentennial Park. An OKC tradition since 1967, the Festival of the Arts is considered a rite of spring and a signature event for the Arts Council, with an average of 750,000 attendees.

 Revel in the arrival of spring at one of the largest spring bulb displays in the state at the Tulsa Botanic Garden. The annual Tulsa Botanic Blooms features a crescendo of color with over 150,000 tulips, daffodils, hyacinths and other spring-flowering bulbs.

 The Norman Music Festival features over 100 bands on multiple stages, featuring everything from indie pop to classic folk rock. This free, independent festival takes place on the 100, 200 and 300 blocks of historic Downtown E. Main Street, east of the railroad tracks in the Downtown Norman Arts District.

 The annual 89er Days Celebration commemorates the Land Run of 1889 and the birth of Guthrie. On April 22, 1889, tens of thousands of excited Victorian-era land seekers lined the borders of the Unassigned Lands of central Oklahoma in preparation for the first of five land runs in the state.
