Our Foundation & Vision

 CEO/Founder

 Originally from Washington State, Rebekah moved to Oklahoma with her family in 2009. She spent several years in the banking industry before making the change to property management. With over a decade in the Multifamily Industry, Rebekah has overseen stable communities, renovation projects, and repositioned struggling assets. Her focus is eliminating inefficiency and increasing return, allowing each Community to function at the most profitable level possible.

Starting her property management career as a Community Director, she has previously served as Regional Director, and VP of Multifamily. Seeing a need for a different approach to Multifamily property management, together with her wife founded True Property Management, LLC. TPM’s focus is people first, and aligning each business plan to the goals of each community, as if it was her own capital on the line.

Her extensive experience in staffing, training, and maintaining communities in several states makes her a great fit for her current role. Serving as the President of the Board for the Apartment Association of Oklahoma, Rebekah has earned several awards for her hard work and dedication, including two “Renovation of the Year”, awards, multiple property manager of the year awards, along with the President’s Award from a former company.

Her desire to succeed, her care for people, and her drive to build tomorrow’s leaders make her who she is. 

COO/Founder

Sarah was born and raised in the OKC metro and has only left the Sooner state to travel, making her our only true Okie on our corporate staff. She attended the University of Central Oklahoma where she earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice.

While still in college, Sarah began a career in the trucking industry as a data entry clerk. Over the span of about 10 years, she attended industry specific training, including specialized trainings such as becoming a certified H2S (Hydrogen Sulfide) Instructor and OSHA General Industry courses. In 2018, she became an OSHA certified Specialist in Safety and Health through the University of Texas Arlington. She worked to develop safety and operational policies that guaranteed the safety of employees as well as training of those employees. In 2021, she chose to leave the trucking and safety industries and pursue a career that would allow her to be home more with her family.

In 2023 she co-founded True Property Management, LLC with her wife and business partner, Rebekah. 

Sarah’s favorite past times are spending time with Rebekah and their four dogs and being a foster mom to puppies through a local rescue. She loves anything that involves being outdoors, but especially camping, hiking, fishing, and horseback riding. 

Director of Culture and Finance

 Emily is originally from Texas and moved to Oklahoma after high school. After completing college courses and meeting her (now) husband, she and her husband felt called to remain in Oklahoma on a more permanent basis. She found a job in the multifamily management industry and excelled in managing the finances of properties. She also enjoys promoting a healthy and fun culture for employees by planning team events.

In her three years working within the industry, Emily has attended training to expand her knowledge, volunteered her time to the Apartment Association of Central Oklahoma, and been a devoted member of the multifamily team. Recently she was awarded the “Behind the Scenes Specialist of the Year” award for the year of 2022 by the AACO.

Outside of the multifamily world, Emily is the wife of a youth minister and spends many nights a week leading and chaperoning the youth of her church community. Some of her favorite things include hanging out with friends and family, going to coffee shops, singing, and decorating. 

Project Manager & Marketing

Generoso is the Administrative and Project Manager at True Property Management where he brings four years of experience in property management.  He is responsible for both Administrative and Operations across the Multifamily units.

Before joining True Property Management,  Generoso worked for Midwest Properties handling Property Management and Digital Marketing gaining valuable experience in Operation, Accounting, and Marketing in Managing Multifamily units. 

He holds a certification in Project Management and Technical Assistance, which has provided him with a solid foundation in Project Management. He is a graduate of Business and Political Science in the Philippines.

In his current role, Generoso is known for executing digital marketing, admin, and project-based tasks, including lead and Appfolio management. He is committed to providing excellent service to tenants, executives, and owners, and takes pride in assisting the day-to-day operations of True Property Management's properties.

When he isn't working, Generoso enjoys going to the beach and spending time with his family and dogs.

Senior Manager

A seasoned professional with seven years of dedicated service in the dynamic realm of property management. 

Her journey unfolds exclusively at Apple Creek Apartments in Altus, OK, where she has not only found professional fulfillment but has also embraced the challenges that come with the territory.

Driven by a desire for personal growth and a quest for a role that would push her boundaries, Rhonda chose property management as her career path. In her own words, it has proven to be the transformative change she sought, providing her with the perfect blend of challenge and the opportunity to leverage her passion for working with and assisting people.

Rhonda's expertise shines through in her meticulous attention to detail, a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, and a knack for resolving any challenges that may arise. The testament to her success lies in the words of her tenants who not only appreciate but genuinely enjoy their stay at Apple Creek Apartments. While Rhonda humbly attributes these accolades to her strengths, her true joy lies in the satisfaction of helping others and contributing to their happiness.

Grateful for the support of her colleagues, superiors, and especially the tenants she has the privilege of serving, Rhonda Reuter embodies the essence of dedication, compassion, and excellence in the field of property management. As a speaker, she brings a wealth of practical knowledge and a genuine passion for creating positive living experiences for those she serves.

Assistant Senior Manager/Property Manager: North Shore Apartments

With 16 years of extensive experience in the property management industry, coupled with a genuine passion for creating positive living environments, Brittny  has established a strong presence in the field. In 2019, Brittny earned the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation, showcasing a commitment to excellence.

As a dedicated and supportive leader, Brittny fosters a positive and productive atmosphere within the team. Her leadership philosophy centers around putting people first, ensuring that the team thrives under their guidance. Building strong relationships with residents is a source of joy for Brittny, who takes pride in creating an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere that residents can proudly call home.

Beyond professional endeavors, Brittny finds joy in spending quality time with her husband and three children. Traveling with the family and enjoying the summertime lake life are among Brittny's cherished activities outside of work. A devoted soccer mom. She can often be found on the sidelines, cheering enthusiastically for the youngest daughter's competitive soccer team. An interesting aspect of Brittny's personality is a current obsession with rubber ducks, which have found a playful place throughout the office. Visitors are encouraged to contribute to the collection, leaving behind a rubber duck as a whimsical token of connection.

Property Manager: The Brickson Apartments

Tiffany is currently the one managing The Brickson Apartments in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

She has been in the Property Management Industry for 18 years and still loving every bit of it! Her favorite thing about her work is getting the opportunity to meet new people every day and help them find their new home. 

When she is not working,  She loves spending quality time with her son.

Property Manager: The Flats Off Madison 

He is the property manager of The Flats Off Madison in Clarksville, Tennessee. Robert brings with him a wealth of experience and a passion for creating positive living experiences.

Robert started his journey in the property management field back in August 2015, starting as an Assistant Manager. His dedication and love for the industry have propelled him through various roles in Middle Tennessee, including working with HUD, Tax Credit, and Multi-family properties. Throughout this time, he has found great fulfillment in assisting people with the significant task of finding a home.

What sets Robert apart are the skills that define him as an exceptional property manager. His commitment to residents, ensuring the best living conditions within his means, showcases a genuine dedication to their well-being. 

Robert's empathetic approach to understanding and addressing resident issues as if they were his own demonstrates the compassion that goes a long way in fostering a strong community.

A strong believer in the power of a positive work ethic, Robert strives to always be present, making a lasting impression for the better. Drawing inspiration from his own experiences, he treats every resident as if they were family, echoing the sentiment of Uncle Phil from Fresh Prince.

Motivated by his childhood experiences of moving frequently without a solid home, Robert was determined to make a positive change in the world of property management. His background in sales and rent-to-own, coupled with an Uncle Phil-inspired philosophy, ensures a personable and comfortable experience for everyone he serves.

With the philosophy of always moving forward and overcoming life's challenges, Robert encourages a spirit of resilience and a commitment to creating happiness for those under his care.

Property Manager: Shelton Gardens Apartments

Kim was born in Tennessee and lived about 10 years of her life there. As a daughter born into a military family, she moved to Oklahoma for about a year of her life. Then later moved to the Philippines where she resided there about three years. Her father retired from the Air Force in 1971 and they made their way back to Oklahoma to make it their home. 

After graduating from Edmond Memorial High School, she went on to start her career in nursing and physical therapy, where she worked until she started her next work venture into multifamily property management in 1987. Over the years she has developed a strong set of skills and a proven track record of success working at Hud and Low-Income Tax credit properties. Her desire to help low-income families has kept her in the business for over 37 years and counting. 

In her free time, she takes time out to spend time with family and her grandchildren at the lake swimming. In this fast-paced environment, meeting her loved ones gives her comfort and a sense of warmth.
